We collect information only to operate and improve the Services. Clice is a B2B SaaS platform for business professionals, not a consumer application.

  • Email content and metadata (via Gmail API, only with your permission)
  • Calendar events and metadata (via Google Calendar API)
  • Messages you write or generate using the Services

Information We Do NOT Collect

Clice does not collect or store:

  • Social Security Numbers
  • Financial account numbers
  • Payment card information
  • Health information
  • Government-issued ID numbers
  • Race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, biometrics
  • GPS data
  • Mobile device contacts
  • Camera, microphone, or photo data

If you upload or send sensitive personal information through the Services, you do so in violation of our Terms and at your own risk.

We do not use targeted advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Google Workspace API & Gmail Data

If you connect your Google account:

  • We access Gmail and Google Calendar data only to provide requested features
  • We do not transfer Gmail or Calendar data to any external party except trusted processors
  • We do not use Gmail data to train AI models
  • We do not sell or share Gmail data
  • We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use requirements

Your Gmail data is used solely for:

  • Email drafting
  • Email insights
  • Meeting summaries
  • Contact intelligence
  • Workflow automation

4. How We Share Information

We only share information with:

Service Providers (processors):

  • Stripe (billing)
  • Supabase / your database provider
  • OpenAI / Anthropic / LLM providers (to generate AI output)
  • Google APIs (syncing Gmail/Calendar data)
  • Analytics providers (platform usage metrics)

We do NOT:

  • Sell personal data
  • Share personal data with advertisers
  • Sell Gmail data
  • Share client or contact data
  • Allow partners to use your data for their own purposes

We act as a Service Provider under U.S. state privacy laws.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to:

  • operate the Services,
  • maintain account access,
  • comply with legal requirements,
  • provide requested features.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

  • encrypted database storage

  • least-privilege access

No system is completely secure. You use the Services at your own risk.
